This workshop is designed to help participants recognize the signs of burnout and provide practical strategies to combat or prevent it. Participants will explore the power of stepping outside their comfort zones to unlock hidden potential and create meaningful change in their lives, communities, and beyond.

Evan will share actionable tools and techniques, including:

  • Developing effective morning routines.
  • Practicing box breathing, a simple and calming breath work exercise.
  • Incorporating basic yoga movements for relief, whether in or out of bed.
  • An introduction to the Wim Hof breathing method.
